Non-Profit Events at Freight Depot
At FREIGHT, we are committed to supporting our local community by offering our venue to Lake County based non-profits at minimal cost, and providing all other non-profits with a significant discount.
Non-profit Collaborative Pricing Schedule
Our non-profit rate includes access to the event center, farm tables, round dinner tables, and 220 chairs. The non-profit assumes all responsibilities to set up, tear down, and clean the event space after its use. We offer a wide range of menu options should your non-profit want to increase the level of service while still staying well under the market value of the venue. Menu Add-on Options Include:

A minimum spend of $500 is required for bar service + Gratuity

Access to the catering kitchen (includes FREIGHT team cleaning the kitchen after use)

Additional hours of venue rental outside of the standard 6 hrs.

Additional Set Up Hours $50/hr
Non-Profits outside of Lake County
Non-Lake County nonprofits receive a 20% discount off the market rate. These events will enjoy full-service support.
