Assistant Event Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Event Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and ensure their needs are met throughout the planning process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Assist in the creation and management of event budgets, ensuring events are executed within budget constraints.
  • Research and negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible pricing and services for events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, catering, audiovisual equipment, and signage.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including managing staff, handling guest inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Assist in the development of event marketing materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
