Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and ensure their needs are met throughout the planning process.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Assist in the creation and management of event budgets, ensuring events are executed within budget constraints.
- Research and negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible pricing and services for events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, catering, audiovisual equipment, and signage.
- Provide on-site support during events, including managing staff, handling guest inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Assist in the development of event marketing materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
